Kachak started with a familiar problem at a Malaysian wedding: three hundred photos in six group chats, none of them together, most of them never looked at again. The photos everyone actually loved were the ones from the cheap disposable cameras left on the tables.

So we rebuilt that ritual for phones. One space per event, one roll each, one gallery at the end — and a real ending, because a night that lasts forever on a server isn't a memory, it's storage.

We're a small independent team in Malaysia building for the way people actually celebrate: multi-day weddings, company D&Ds, birthdays that spill into three venues, uni orientation weeks. Everything from the twenty-shot roll to the sixty-day clock came from watching real events, not from a feature list.

We charge the host a few ringgit once and keep guests free forever. No ads, no selling your photos, no face-scanning — just twenty frames and a shared roll.
